Outside food is welcome. A flat $25 food-service cleanup fee applies whenever food is served.

Additional event time is $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with advance approval and subject to staff availability. Additional-time charges also apply when an event exceeds its reserved time or continues past closing.
Example: 20 guests × 2 drinks × $11 = $440. You hit the $400 minimum, room is FREE.
Flat $25 service fee applies if bringing outside food. 20% gratuity added to all bar tabs.

We close the distillery to the public so your group has the entire space to yourselves. Ideal for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, milestone celebrations, and larger gatherings.

We delay our public opening so your group has the distillery to yourselves. A good fit for corporate gatherings, networking events, marketing receptions, and private celebrations.

Available on Mondays or weekday mornings ending by 3:00 p.m. A flexible option for meetings, private tastings, presentations, and smaller group events.

How the guarantee works: The Total Guarantee combines the rental fee and required beverage minimum. Beverage purchases count toward the minimum; any remaining shortfall is due at the conclusion of the event.
Outside food is welcome. A flat $50 food-service cleanup fee applies whenever food is served. A 20% automatic gratuity is added to the beverage tab.
Additional event time must be approved in advance and is subject to availability. The rate is $150 per hour for Afternoon Access, Standard Sunday, and Off-Hours bookings, or $200 per hour for Friday and Saturday buyouts. Additional-time charges also apply when an event exceeds its reserved time or continues past the distillery’s normal closing time.
Good to Know
Can we bring food or alcohol? ▾
Outside food, delivery, and catering are welcome. A food-service cleanup fee applies whenever food is served: $25 for the Ready Room or $50 for a Main Tasting Room buyout.
These fees cover normal cleanup. An additional $100 excessive-cleaning fee may apply for glitter, confetti, large spills, food or trash left throughout the space, or cleaning beyond normal use.
Outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served by Sturgeon Spirits.
How do deposits, payments, and gratuity work? ▾
Ready Room: A deposit equal to 50% of the required beverage minimum secures your reservation and is applied toward your final beverage tab.
Main Tasting Room: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the Total Guarantee secures your date. The Total Guarantee includes the room rental and required beverage minimum.
The remaining balance and any beverages purchased above the minimum are due at the conclusion of the event. A 20% automatic gratuity is added to the beverage tab only, not to room-rental charges.
How much event time is included, and can we add more? ▾
Ready Room: Packages include three or four hours, depending on the day and time selected. Additional time is $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
Main Tasting Room: Buyout packages include up to six hours. Additional time is $150 per hour for Afternoon Access, Standard Sunday, and Off-Hours bookings, or $200 per hour for Friday and Saturday full buyouts.
Additional time must be approved in advance and is subject to staff and space availability. Charges also apply when an event exceeds its reserved time or continues past the distillery’s normal closing time. Afternoon Access reservations have a firm ending time before public opening.
What should we know about setup, cleanup, and decorations? ▾
Ready Room reservations include up to 30 minutes before the event for setup and up to 30 minutes afterward for teardown. Main Tasting Room setup and vendor-access times will be established as part of your event plan.
Decorations are welcome but may not damage walls, furniture, fixtures, or historic surfaces. Nails, screws, permanent adhesives, glitter, and confetti are not permitted.
Decorations, catering equipment, gifts, and personal belongings must be removed by the agreed departure time. Please ask before bringing candles, large installations, or anything that must be attached to the building.
What happens if our plans change? ▾
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the space and package selected. Main Tasting Room deposits are non-refundable, while Ready Room cancellation charges increase as the event date approaches.
Complete cancellation and rescheduling terms will be included in your event agreement before payment is collected.
